자동 저장은 ① 설정 → 내 차량 등록에서 차량 오디오/CarPlay 또는 BLE 기기를 등록하고, ② iOS 설정에서 이 앱의 위치 권한이 항상 + 정확한 위치로 되어 있을 때 동작합니다. 설정 화면 상단에 권한 상태와 바로 고치기 버튼이 표시됩니다. 차량을 등록하지 않은 경우에는 하차 감지 후 "주차하셨나요?" 알림으로 저장을 제안합니다.
층 추정은 기압 센서가 있는 iPhone에서 제공되며, 지상 기준점 대비 기압 변화로 계산하므로 날씨·환기에 따라 ±1층 정도 오차가 날 수 있습니다. 저장 직후 알림 또는 상세 화면의 층 수정에서 바로 고칠 수 있고, 자주 가는 장소를 등록하면 그 장소의 층 패턴을 기억합니다.
평소에는 iOS의 저전력 위치 변화 감지만 사용하고, 주행 중에만 정밀 감지를 켭니다. 설정의 주행 중 정밀 감지를 끄면 감도가 낮아지는 대신 배터리 사용이 더 줄어듭니다.
저장된 위치 상세 보기는 일정 횟수까지 무료이며, 이후에는 짧은 보상형 광고를 보고 확인하거나 PRO 업그레이드(1회 결제)로 광고 없이 모든 기능을 사용할 수 있습니다. 기기를 바꾸셨다면 PRO 화면의 구매 복원을 눌러 주세요(같은 Apple 계정 필요).
위젯은 주차 위치가 저장될 때마다 갱신됩니다. 홈 화면에서 위젯을 한 번 제거한 뒤 다시 추가하거나, 앱을 한 번 열어 주세요. 위젯의 지금 여기 저장 버튼은 앱을 열어 현재 위치를 바로 저장합니다.
모든 주차 기록과 등록 장소는 iPhone 안에만 저장되며 개발사 서버로 전송되지 않습니다. 앱 안에서 기록을 삭제하거나 앱을 삭제하면 모두 지워집니다. 자세한 내용은 아래 개인정보처리방침을 참고하세요.
Auto-save requires ① registering your car audio/CarPlay or BLE device under Settings → My Car, and ② the app's location permission set to Always with Precise Location on. The Settings screen shows the current permission status with a shortcut to fix it. Without a registered car, the app detects that you got out and asks "Did you park?" via a notification.
Floor estimation uses the barometer (available on most recent iPhones) and can be off by about one level depending on weather and ventilation. You can correct the floor right after saving or via Edit floor on the detail screen, and registered places learn their floor patterns over time.

운영자는 이용자 계정을 만들지 않으며, 이름·이메일·연락처 등 식별 정보를 앱을 통해 수집하지 않습니다.
권한은 iOS 설정에서 언제든 변경할 수 있습니다.

앱은 Google AdMob을 통해 보상형 광고를 표시할 수 있습니다(PRO 구매 시 광고가 제거됩니다). 앱은 Apple의 앱 추적 투명성(ATT) 권한을 요청하지 않으므로 광고 식별자(IDFA)를 이용한 앱 간 추적은 이루어지지 않습니다. Google은 광고 제공·측정·부정 방지를 위해 기기 정보, IP 주소 등 기술 정보를 처리할 수 있으며, 자세한 내용은 Google 개인정보처리방침과 Google 광고 기술 안내를 참고하세요. 기기 설정(설정 → 개인정보 보호 및 보안 → Apple 광고)에서 맞춤형 광고를 제한할 수 있습니다.
각 제공자의 처리는 해당 회사의 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다. 운영자는 개인정보를 판매하지 않으며, 위 목적 외에 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다.
주차 기록·등록 장소·차량 기기 정보는 이용자가 앱 안에서 삭제하거나 앱을 삭제할 때까지 기기에 보관되며, 운영자는 이에 접근할 수 없습니다. 문의 이메일은 답변 완료 후 합리적인 기간 내에 삭제합니다.
앱이 기기 내에 저장하는 정보는 이용자가 직접 열람·수정·삭제할 수 있습니다(기록 삭제, 장소 관리, 차량 등록 해제, 앱 삭제). 광고·결제와 관련해 제3자가 처리하는 정보에 대한 열람·삭제는 해당 제공자의 절차를 따르며, 문의 주시면 안내해 드립니다.
앱은 운전자를 대상으로 하며 아동으로부터 고의로 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 아동의 정보가 부적절하게 처리되었다고 판단되는 경우 아래 이메일로 연락해 주시면 적절한 조치를 취하겠습니다.
본 방침이 변경되는 경우 이 페이지의 개정일을 갱신하고, 중대한 변경 시 앱 업데이트 안내 등 합리적인 방법으로 알립니다.

Gana Holdings Co., Ltd. ("we", "us") operates the iOS app Where's My Car? (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information is processed when you use the App, where it is stored, and your choices.

We do not create accounts and do not collect names, email addresses, or contact details through the App.
To record, display, and navigate to your parking spot; to auto-save when your car disconnects; to estimate floor and zone; to show rewarded ads after the free-view limit; to process and restore the PRO in-app purchase; to notify you of updates; to respond to support requests; and to comply with legal obligations.
The App may display rewarded ads provided by Google AdMob (removed with the PRO purchase). The App does not request Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission, so it does not track you across apps using the advertising identifier. Google may process device information and IP address to serve, measure, and protect ads; see the Google Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from ads. You can limit ad personalization in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising.
Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy. We do not sell personal information and do not share it for any purpose other than those above.
Parking records, saved places, and the registered car device stay on your device until you delete them in the App or uninstall the App; we have no access to them. Support emails are deleted within a reasonable time after your request is resolved.
You can view, edit, and delete everything the App stores on your device (delete records, manage places, unregister your car, uninstall). For data processed by third parties for ads or payments, their own procedures apply — contact us and we will point you in the right direction.
The App is intended for drivers and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child's information has been processed inappropriately, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
We may update this Privacy Policy and will revise the "Last updated" date on this page. Material changes will be communicated through reasonable means such as app update notes.
