  In short: Joker's Last Call collects only anonymous gameplay statistics (such as run results and progress) to improve the game — never your name, email, or anything that identifies you. You are notified on first launch and can turn this off anytime in the in-game Settings. All save data stays on your device.

1. Who We Are

This Privacy Policy applies to the game Joker's Last Call ("the Game"), developed and published by Gana Holdings Co., Ltd. ("we", "us"), based in the Republic of Korea. It describes how the Game handles information when you play it.

2. Anonymous Gameplay Statistics

To improve game balance and fix issues, the Game sends anonymous gameplay statistics to Google Analytics (a service of Google LLC), which processes them on our behalf. This includes:

gameplay events such as starting the game, starting or finishing a run, tutorial progress, and in-game shop or event interactions;
basic technical context: game version, operating system name, and system language;
a randomly generated installation identifier that is created on your device and is not linked to your name, email, Steam account, or any other identity.

You are shown a notice the first time you launch the Game, and you can disable these statistics at any time via the Anonymous Stats toggle in the in-game Settings. As with any internet transmission, Google may technically process your IP address to deliver the data; we do not receive or store IP addresses ourselves. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

3. Data We Do Not Collect

The Game does not:

collect names, email addresses, or any account information;
display advertisements or use advertising SDKs;
track your location or profile you across other apps or websites;
sell or share any data for advertising purposes.

The Game contains no in-app purchases and requires no registration or login beyond your existing Steam account.

4. Local Save Data

Your game progress (runs, unlocks, settings, and statistics) is stored locally on your device only. This data never leaves your computer through the Game, and we have no access to it. You can delete it at any time by removing the Game's save files or uninstalling the Game.

5. Steam Platform

The Game is distributed through Steam. Any data processed in connection with your Steam account — such as your Steam profile, playtime, and purchases — is handled by Valve Corporation under its own privacy policy, which we do not control. Please refer to the Steam Privacy Policy for details.

6. Children's Privacy

The Game collects no personal data and does not knowingly collect information from children. The Game features themes of playing cards presented in a fictional setting and involves no real-money gambling.

7. Your Rights and Choices

You can stop the collection of anonymous gameplay statistics at any time by turning off the Anonymous Stats toggle in the in-game Settings. Because these statistics are anonymous, we cannot identify which data belongs to you, and therefore cannot retrieve, correct, or delete individual records — the data cannot be traced back to any person. For data associated with your Steam account, please contact Valve or use Steam's own privacy tools.

8. Changes to This Policy

If a future update introduces features that change how data is handled (for example, online leaderboards), we will update this Policy before releasing that update and revise the "Last updated" date above.
