Land on the glowing pickup zone and press PICK UP, then fly to the blue zone and press DROP. AUTO enables auto flight; moving a stick returns control to you instantly.
앱에서 직접 삭제: 메인 화면 → 설정(톱니바퀴) → Delete Account → 확인. 로그인 계정(Google/Apple/이메일)과 리더보드 기록이 즉시 삭제되고, 클라우드 저장 데이터(닉네임·국가·장착 드론·재화·진행도)는 30일 이내에 삭제됩니다. 게스트 모드는 기기 안에만 저장되므로 앱을 삭제하면 함께 사라집니다.
이메일로 요청: 앱에 접근할 수 없는 경우 가입한 이메일 주소에서 drgby@ganaholdings.com으로 "계정 삭제 요청"을 보내 주시면 본인 확인 후 30일 이내에 처리합니다.
In-app: Main screen → Settings (gear icon) → Delete Account → confirm. Your sign-in account (Google/Apple/email) and leaderboard entries are deleted immediately; cloud save data (nickname, country, equipped drone, currency, progress) is deleted within 30 days. Guest mode data lives only on your device and is removed when you uninstall the app.
By email: if you cannot access the app, email drgby@ganaholdings.com from the address you signed up with, subject "account deletion". We verify and complete the request within 30 days.

가. 계정 정보(선택): 앱은 게스트로 로그인 없이 이용할 수 있습니다. Google, Apple 또는 이메일로 로그인하는 경우 Firebase Authentication을 통해 계정 식별자(UID), 이메일 주소, 로그인 제공자 정보를 처리하며, 이용자가 입력한 닉네임과 국가를 저장합니다.

라. 인앱결제: 결제는 Apple App Store 또는 Google Play를 통해 처리되며, 운영자는 결제 성공 여부·상품 ID 등 최소한의 거래 관련 정보만 받습니다. 카드번호 등 결제 수단의 상세 정보는 각 스토어가 보관하며 운영자는 접근할 수 없습니다.
마. 문의 시 제공 정보: 이메일로 문의하실 경우, 회신을 위해 문의 내용과 이메일 주소를 처리합니다.
서비스 제공·유지 및 개선, 계정 로그인 및 기기 간 진행도 동기화, 리더보드 표시, 인앱결제 처리 및 복원, 맞춤형 또는 비맞춤형 광고 표시(Google AdMob), 이용 통계 분석, 오류·부정 이용 탐지 및 대응, 고객 문의 대응, 관련 법령상 의무 이행.
앱은 Google AdMob을 통해 광고(보상형 광고, 전면 광고)를 표시할 수 있습니다. 광고 파트너는 쿠키 또는 유사 기술과 광고 식별자를 사용해 성과를 측정하고, 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 맞춤형 광고를 제공할 수 있습니다. iOS에서는 Apple의 앱 추적 투명성(ATT) 요청이 표시될 수 있으며, 이용자의 선택에 따라 추적 여부가 결정됩니다. 기기 설정에서 광고 식별자 재설정 등을 통해 맞춤형 광고를 제한할 수 있습니다.

Gana Holdings Co., Ltd. ("we", "us", "our") operates the mobile game Drone Delivery King (published as Drone Courier on iOS; the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you download, access, or use the App. By using the App, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Account information (optional): you can play as a guest without signing in. If you sign in with Google, Apple, or email, we process your account identifier (UID), email address, and sign-in provider through Firebase Authentication, and store the nickname and country you enter.
Game data: progress (gold, gems, level, XP, delivery history), owned and equipped drones, and leaderboard scores. For signed-in accounts this data is stored in Firebase (Cloud Firestore) to sync across devices.
Automatically collected: device model, OS version, app version, language, general geographic region (derived from IP or store locale), advertising identifiers (such as IDFA on iOS or GAID on Android, where you allow tracking), and diagnostics (crash logs, error reports).
In-app purchases: payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. We receive limited information such as product identifiers and transaction status — not your full payment card number.
Support communications: if you email us, we process the content of your message and your email address to respond.
To provide, operate, and maintain the App; sign you in and sync progress across devices; display leaderboards; process and verify in-app purchases; show ads (rewarded and interstitial, including personalized ads where allowed by law and your device settings); analyze usage to improve balance and features; detect and address technical issues or abuse; comply with legal obligations.
The App may display advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Ad partners may use device identifiers to measure performance and, where permitted, deliver interest-based advertising. On iOS, you may see Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. You can limit ad personalization through your device settings (e.g., resetting your advertising identifier).
We share information with service providers that help us run the App: Google LLC (Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore and Cloud Functions for cloud save and leaderboards; Google AdMob for advertising), Apple Inc. and Google LLC (store payments and account sign-in), and authorities when required by law. Only your nickname and country are visible to other players on leaderboards. We do not sell personal information.
Account and cloud save data are kept while your account exists and are deleted as described under "Account Deletion" above. Other information is kept only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your information, and to withdraw consent where applicable. You can edit your nickname and country in the App's settings and delete your account in the App or by email. For other requests, email us below — we may need to verify your identity before responding.
The App is not directed to children under the age where parental consent is required for data collection in your region. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. If you believe we have collected information from a child inappropriately, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
